Job Summary
Responsible for managing and directing operations of the Intensive Care Unit. Develops and implements policies to ensure compliance with performance standards and budget operations. Requires extensive experience and judgment to accomplish goals while leading and directing the work of others. Familiarity with various concepts, practices, and procedures in the nursing field is essential.
Required Qualifications
- BSN degree
- 3+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
- New Mexico RN licensure
- RN licensure in the state of employment
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
