Director - Risk Management, Electronics leads a cross-functional risk management program for the Electronics segment, defining and implementing standardized risk management processes and policies, enabling proactive risk planning, and developing scalable decision frameworks. The role collaborates with sustainability, legal, compliance, purchasing, supply chain planning, and program teams; supports program managers and customer discussions; frames decisions with risk-based analyses for senior leadership; oversees compliance of new policies and processes; and leads digital tool development to identify and mitigate risks across programs, suppliers, and customers. Requires 7+ years in risk management, compliance, or related roles, experience in building enterprise risk frameworks, strong cross-functional partnership, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
