Job Summary
Originate, shape, and win significant Life Sciences risk advisory opportunities by establishing trusted relationships with boards, CFOs, and executive teams. Lead large, complex engagements from pursuit through delivery while developing and executing the sector's growth strategy. Identify emerging market opportunities, create innovative propositions, and build a portfolio aligned with expertise. Drive sustainable revenue growth and foster a high-performance culture by developing the next generation of talent. Maintain a strong presence across the London and Cambridge Life Sciences clusters to represent BDO and deliver profitable, long-term value for clients.
Required Qualifications
- A proven ability to originate, win and deliver significant controls, risk or governance engagements
- Deep understanding of the Life Sciences sector, including the unique regulatory, operational and growth challenges faced by biotech, pharmaceutical, medtech and healthcare organisations
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth
- The ability to create and execute innovative go-to-market strategies and client propositions
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a passion for developing talent and building high-performing teams
- The drive, energy and resilience to operate in a highly entrepreneurial, results-oriented environment
- A commitment to being visible in the market, building relationships and representing BDO across the London and Cambridge Life Sciences communities
- Success will require a strong presence in both London and the Cambridge Life Sciences cluster
