Job Summary
Lead global Product Services delivery teams across North America, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia Pacific, managing engineers, architects, and regional staff to execute complex project implementations and managed services. Drive operational efficiency by establishing Project Management Office discipline, developing team capabilities, and leveraging AI and automation to enhance service delivery and reduce manual effort. Manage client escalations during security incidents, coordinating response activities with client security teams, SOC teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution. Provide overall leadership for multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality while delivering clear, executive-level presentations at client and industry forums. Serve as an internal and external advocate for Product Services, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and vendors to strengthen market position and identify opportunities for AI-enabled capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- 15+ years relevant experience delivering complex projects at a Corporate / Enterprise level
- Track record building teams for optimal delivery of repeatable projects
- Global leadership experience managing a diverse team in multiple geographies
- Demonstrable history solving complex problems
- Leadership experience including building and maintaining high performing teams
- Experience with Salesforce and Financial Force or other Professional Services Automation software
- Demonstrated ability to build a strong team of engineers possessing superb implementation, integration, and trouble-shooting skills
- Demonstrated ability to build long term, successful working relationships with Clients
- Strong knowledge of key application functionality, data model and Entity relationships
- Deep knowledge of Enterprise Software customization/extension methodologies
- A proven track record of leadership roles in projects
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in the English language, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, prospective clients, senior stakeholders, and C-level executives globally
- Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel without restriction both domestically & internationally up to 30% of the year
- Ability to work calmly and professionally in high pressure situations
- Ability to work remotely from a home-based office in a virtual environment
- Ability to manage a team remotely while provided necessary guidance and leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent security certifications are desired; if not currently held, the candidate should be willing to complete an appropriate certification within the next 18–24 months
- Ability to think critically and make clear, responsible, and well-reasoned decisions
- Hands-on knowledge of incident response planning and execution is desired, including familiarity with coordinating response activities during security incidents
- Reputation in the industry as a thought leader
- Practical experience in a Program Management tool like Financial Force would be beneficial
- Expert level experience in Excel and Business Reporting analytics tools would be beneficial
- Exceptional Leadership skills as well as the ability to build and maintain strong peer relationships, gaining trust and confidence from all levels within the organization
- Spoken and written communication to a business level in a non-English language, while not a requirement, would be beneficial
- Self-starter who can take initiative with process improvement
- Experience with localizations and global implementations would be an advantage
- Well-developed presentation and communication skills; effective working with clients
- Open, direct, and informative management style
- The ability to develop relationships based on trust, confidence and respect with customers and colleagues
- Ability to multitask multiple projects, issues, and tasks
