Job Summary
The Director, Revenue Operations is responsible for managing and building the Sales & Customer Success Operations teams, focusing on system processes and efficiencies. Key responsibilities include designing operating rhythms, defining data standards, partnering with Finance for analytics, managing the GTM tech stack, implementing key integrations, performing funnel and lifecycle analysis, and leveraging AI/ML techniques for predictive insights. The role requires strong leadership skills to develop high-performing teams and act as a trusted advisor across departments.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Operations & Strategy experience at high growth technology companies
- Experience working with 100+ person sales organization
- Thrive in action-oriented, fast paced, global environment
