Job Summary
Director, Revenue Operations leads the AI-powered revenue engine and RevOps strategy across global BUs, owning data infrastructure, processes, and AI agents; responsible for pipeline health, ARR/ACV velocity, forecasting governance, and the global GTM tech stack roadmap; builds and leads a global RevOps team (~10) and partners with PMM and GTM stakeholders to support pricing, sales motions, and product launches; requires 10+ years in Revenue or Sales Ops, Salesforce/data governance expertise, and strong executive storytelling in English and French; hybrid work arrangement with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote in Paris and Boston.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or GTM Strategy in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of leading multi-functional, internationally distributed teams through periods of transformation
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and data governance, including data architecture, CRM hygiene and API integrations
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making by translating commercial data into strategic narratives
- Skills: Systems thinking, AI tools and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Dust, Gong, Clay, Claude, n8n)
- Fluency in AI tools and workflow automation platforms; curiosity to stay up to date on innovation
- Salesforce expertise and rigorous data governance instincts
- Change leadership; ability to drive transformation with conviction and clarity
- Commercial acumen across Enterprise and SMB motions
- Languages: English and French (C2 level)
