Job Summary
Directs Revenue Operations for Arch, leading the GTM systems, reporting, and strategic infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Owns the GTM technology stack (including Salesforce) and drives territory planning, account segmentation, and competitive analysis while partnering with cross-functional leaders to scale a high-growth organization. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes building scalable processes, delivering timely insights, and enabling efficient revenue execution. Onsite in New York City with potential Boston openings; strong preference for candidates able to work in person at these hubs.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of Revenue Operations experience with hands-on ownership of Salesforce, forecasting, GTM systems, analytics, and process design
- Strong strategic thinking with willingness to execute in details
- Deep understanding of GTM operations in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment
- Proven ability to build scalable reporting infrastructure and operational processes
- Strong analytical and systems-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with a builder mentality
