Job Summary
Director, Revenue Management – Continuous Improvement & Innovation leads enterprise-wide CI initiatives to redesign RM workflows, embed AI-enabled solutions (GenAI, agentic AI, ML), and drive measurable efficiency and revenue impact. Partners with Pricing, Yield Management, Revenue Engineering, IT, Finance and external vendors to modernize workflows, sponsor pilots/POCs, and scale capabilities across the organization. Requires senior leadership experience, ability to translate business needs into technical design with cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on governance, metrics, and value realization. Preferred qualifications include MBA or advanced degree and experience with airlines/travel, analytics, and AI-driven process redesign. Location is Fort Worth, TX, United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field, or equivalent experience/training
- 7 years of progressive leadership experience, including leading managers and senior individual contributors
- 10 years of experience in revenue management, analytics, strategy, process improvement, or transformation roles within complex, data‐intensive environments
- Demonstrated success leading large, cross‐functional initiatives with measurable business impact
- Experience working closely with technology and engineering teams on advanced analytics, automation, or AI‐enabled solutions
