Job Summary
Director, Revenue Management responsible for leading regional revenue management strategy for the Ontario region, developing regional pricing and margin strategies, partnering with regional leadership, reviewing sales and margins, performing forecasting and variance analysis, and guiding field revenue managers on margin tools and pricing processes. Key duties include creating standardized pricing processes and playbooks, training teams, providing weekly forecasts and variance analyses, advising on costing and fuel surcharge considerations, conducting root-cause analyses to improve margin and market share, facilitating cross-functional strategy meetings, and driving change management initiatives to optimize regional margins and business performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in revenue management
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- University degree in Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance or similar field
