Job Summary

Lead revenue generation efforts for college athletics ticket sales and related revenue opportunities, including donor acquisition, customer service, premium seating, and hospitality. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing revenue-generation staff; implementing revenue initiatives to meet or exceed annual sales goals; preparing and managing an annual revenue-generation plan and budget; developing and maintaining a client base of ticket sales prospects; collaborating with university athletic department marketing and data analytics teams on promotions, CRM initiatives, and data-driven strategies to drive incremental revenue; manage group assets and report on sales performance to ensure proper pacing.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working in sales with collegiate and/or professional sports teams
  • 2+ years of experience in ticket sales management
  • Superior communication skills, collaborative leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented and able to motivate people to maximize revenue
  • Experience with Paciolan or Ticketmaster/Archtics ticketing systems preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems such as ACT, Salesforce.com, SSB, Microsoft CRM, Conquer, Outreach
