Job Summary
Lead global revenue recognition as the subject matter expert for worldwide revenue-generating activities, partnering with Sales, Legal, and Finance to structure complex arrangements and optimize outcomes under ASC 606. Own global revenue policies, oversee contract reviews for software and SaaS arrangements, and direct quarterly and annual revenue close activities while serving as the primary liaison to external auditors. Establish scalable processes, lead system enhancements for revenue accounting tools, and manage a high-performing team through coaching and performance management. Drive cross-functional education, forecast implications with FP&A, and execute special projects including M&A integration and process automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA
- 12+ years of progressive accounting experience

- Prior experience leading revenue recognition in a global, high-growth technology environment
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing accounting teams
- Strong knowledge of complex software licensing, SaaS, services, and multi-element arrangements
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working directly with external auditors on technical accounting matters
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate strategically while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
