Job Summary
Lead operational strategy and execution for RCM services, managing client workflows and optimizing efficiencies with India-based teams. Ensure seamless daily operations, implement streamlined processes, and drive performance while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and ERISA. Supervise team members through coaching, recruitment, and performance management to meet operational KPIs and organizational goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations, communicating regularly with US-based leadership to align on account receivable status and operational progress. Monitor key financial metrics, generate performance reports, and identify areas for improvement to enhance billing, coding, and reimbursement accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in operations
- 5 years of Acute experience in Rural Health
- Experience in the healthcare or RCM industry
- Experience in managing teams and executing operational processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong track record of implementing process improvements that increase operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in operational tools
- Proficiency in RCM-specific software
