Job Summary
Director of Retail Sales - Western Region drives revenue growth and profitability for Florida’s Natural by developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy, leading a team of Regional Sales Managers, partnering with key retailers and distributors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales with business objectives. The role requires leadership experience in the CPG retail landscape, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, data-driven forecasting and analytics, and proficiency with trade-promotion software and Office tools. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred) and 8–10 years of progressive sales experience in CPG, including leadership. The position is located in Lake Wales, FL and is full-time with in-person duties in the assigned region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA preferred
- 8–10 years of progressive sales experience in the CPG industry, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of the CPG retail landscape, including experience with major retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc.) and distributors
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in sales forecasting, analytics, and performance reporting
- Proficiency in Trade Promotion software (e.g., GoSimple) and Microsoft Office Suite
