Job Summary
Director leads the strategic direction, activities and administration of multiple residential corrections programs with a $12M+ budget, overseeing 120 direct staff, ensuring compliance with contracts, regulations and funder requirements; develops new initiatives, drives program effectiveness and client outcomes, and communicates with funders/external stakeholders. Requires a Masters’ degree (or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience) and 8+ years of supervisory/management experience; driving license and related mobility described in essential functions.
Required Qualifications
- Masters’ degree in Behavioral/Social Sciences, Business/Public Administration or related area or; Bachelor’s degree in same and equivalent work experience
- 8 years supervisory/management experience
- Experience in a corrections/halfway house facility setting preferred
