Job Summary
Director, Research Strategy Development leads enterprise-level research strategy initiatives with senior Leadership to define, prioritize, and execute strategy aligned with scientific and business objectives. Designs quantitative research strategy and portfolio decision-making frameworks to evaluate resourcing, budget, and execution scenarios; translates strategy into financial plans and business cases for executive leadership; structures strategic communications and materials for investment proposals; drives organizational and operating-model transformation within Research; collaborates with cross-functional teams to align resources and ensure timely execution; conducts scientific, market, and competitive landscape analyses to inform portfolio prioritization and strategic trade-offs; builds strategic collaborations with external stakeholders; travel up to 5% domestically and internationally and up to 20% remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) plus 10 years of related work experience.
