Job Summary
As the Director of Research Excellence, you will lead the team that manages research operations at eBay, focusing on building a future-ready insights infrastructure leveraging AI. Responsibilities include enhancing research operations for high-quality consumer data, driving AI-enabled transformation, establishing research platforms, managing vendor relationships, and building a high-performing team. Strong expertise in survey design, research methodologies, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership is required to influence strategic decision-making and support brand health and customer engagement.
