Job Summary
Director of Rental Operations in New York leads regional performance, drives revenue growth by optimizing fleet utilization and managing non-revenue operations, develops and coaches managers to build a strong leadership pipeline, and delivers a premium customer experience while enforcing PCI compliance and monitoring KPIs. Responsible for operational excellence, process improvements, risk and security, fraud prevention, and labor efficiency across locations, with a focus on shaping leadership and achieving strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 (junior) or 3 (senior) years of experience in sales and customer service, plus 2 years in a supervisory role (or 5 years' work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental)
