Job Summary
Drive revenue growth by improving IRPD performance, optimizing fleet utilization, and managing non-revenue operations efficiently. Lead and develop high-performing teams by coaching managers, addressing performance gaps, and building a strong leadership pipeline. Deliver a premium customer experience by ensuring service excellence, handling escalations, and maintaining high standards across all locations. Execute operational excellence by managing the Daily Game Plan, ensuring PCI compliance, and monitoring key regional KPIs. Lead process improvements and support regional growth by identifying underperformance and implementing strategic solutions. Oversee risk and security by enforcing fraud prevention, improving labor efficiency, and upholding operational standards. Work 40+ hours per week including day/evening shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 (junior) or 3 (senior) 3 years of experience in sales and customer service
- 2 years in a supervisory role
- 5 years' work experience without a degree, including 2 years as a manager in car rental
- Work authorization in the United States
- No requirement for work authorization sponsorship
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to work 40 + hours per week
- Ability to work day/evening shifts
