Job Summary

Manage time with urgency to ensure regulatory deliverables are completed within established timeframes while developing methodologies that engage business leaders and resources. Utilize a proactive approach relying on clear milestones, expectations, and risk intelligence to support regulatory engagement planning, management, and reporting across Enterprise Services functions. Coordinate reporting for senior management, synthesize developments into actionable summaries, and provide ongoing regulatory intelligence to divisions. Participate in engagements through documentation and quality assurance review of evidence prior to submission, connect dots across interactions to drive internal awareness of focus areas, and prepare senior leaders for regulator meetings. Oversee the full lifecycle of regulatory responses, monitor remediation efforts, and lead automation in reporting processes to ensure the enterprise meets legal and agency guidance expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in Risk Management, Process Management, Project Management, or a combination of these
  • At least 7 years of experience working with regulatory agencies, financial services institutions, consulting, or internal Audit
  • 4+ years of people management experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Risk Management, Process Management, Project Management, or a combination of these
  • 10+ years of experience working with regulatory agencies, financial services institutions, consulting, internal Audit, technology, or cyber security
  • 8+ years of experience supporting integrated projects or programs where both internal senior leaders and external stakeholders are your customers
  • 8+ years of experience working for a regulatory body
  • Risk Certifications (CRISC, CISM, CRCM, CIPP, or ABA Risk Management Certification)
