Job Summary
Senior Director, Regulatory and Strategic Analysis to drive the policy framework and strategic direction for electric and natural gas systems across Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Lead regulatory and legislative policy initiatives, develop strategies for cost recovery and returns, prepare testimony for regulatory bodies, and manage teams to implement strategic regulatory initiatives. Represent the company in hearings, interact with regulators and stakeholders, and ensure consistency of policies across state and federal jurisdictions. Requires BA/BS and extensive energy-industry regulatory experience with strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in a relevant field
- at least ten (10) years experience in the energy industry
- 3-5 years in a regulatory role
- Knowledge of utility industry and regulatory processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
