Job Summary
Director, Regional Sales responsible for defining and executing regional go-to-market strategy to accelerate net-new enterprise logos, leading a high-performing sales team and scaling success through standardized playbooks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message). Drive pipeline management, forecasting cadence, and strategic deal support; penetrate top accounts; build executive relationships with C-level prospects; leverage AI to build efficiency at scale; require 8+ years of leadership in software sales, a proven hunting background for net-new enterprise logos, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize the end-to-end customer acquisition journey.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading high-performing software sales teams
- proven track record of hunting and winning new logos in the enterprise space
- extensive experience developing, optimizing, and executing formal enterprise sales playbooks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message)
- ability to build and coach a world-class sales team
- strong analytical skills and strategic business acumen for precise forecasting and territory planning
- experience engaging with C-level executives and maintaining executive-level relationships
- ability to structure complex multi-stakeholder deals and negotiate contractual terms
- familiarity with IT infrastructure, applications, or data management platforms (Database tech a plus)
- collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success
