Director Regional Maintenance and Facilities

Job Summary
Leading regional maintenance and facilities across a multi-site manufacturing network, you will drive reliability-centered maintenance programs for production equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure. You will develop and execute a regional maintenance and facilities strategy, oversee budgets (Opex/CapEx), and lead Lean, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will build and develop high-performing maintenance and facility teams, ensure safety and compliance with EHS policies, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, HR, and others to maximize uptime and efficiency while delivering cost optimization and workforce capability development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing
- At least 5 years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in a multi-site environment with experience overseeing both production equipment maintenance and facility management
- Ability to travel up to 20% to 40%
