Job Summary
Oversee the New York portfolio of 7.2 million square feet by leading Property Management and Experience teams to drive asset returns through customer retention, operational optimization, and innovative strategies. Manage asset financial performance, capital expenditure, and operating expenses while collaborating with regional stakeholders on design, construction, and refinancing initiatives. Implement hospitality programs via the ZO amenities platform, train staff on service standards, and execute KPIs to elevate the guest experience at iconic assets like Rockefeller Center. Maintain key customer relationships and present comprehensive asset strategies to internal partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Architecture/Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 15 years property management experience in the real estate with portfolio oversight
- Proven track record of overseeing all aspects of property management, including close coordination and integration with asset management, development, design and construction teams
- Must have strong Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to travel between floors and buildings in order to effectively communicate with the team
- Onsite presence is required for this position
Desired Qualifications
- Prior real estate development and asset management experience highly preferred
