Job Summary
Director, Regional Enterprise Sales leads a high-performing enterprise acquisition sales team focused on closing large-scale enterprise technology deals within the regional market. Responsible for building and sustaining a healthy expansion pipeline aligned to regional and corporate revenue goals, driving regional GTM strategy including territory planning and whitespace mapping, and ensuring forecast accuracy using Salesforce. Partners with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Partner Sales, Account Executives, Regional Directors, and Customer Success to accelerate growth and deliver customer outcomes. Requires extensive enterprise SaaS sales experience, talent development, strong forecasting discipline, ability to build strategic territory plans, and MEDDIC/Challenger selling experience. Based in the Chicago metro area with a base salary range of $166,000–$207,000 and a comprehensive compensation package.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in closing large enterprise technology sales
- Minimum of 5 years managing a high performing sales team
- Experience with the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, verbal presentation, closing using a repeatable process
- Proven experience generating sales revenue through new logo wins
- MEDDIC experience
- Experience with consultative selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sales, MEDDIC)
- History of closing business opportunities and meeting/exceeding quota
- Based in the Chicago Metro Area
