Job Summary
Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through persistent outreach and consistent closing of new business across real estate, automotive, finance, legal, medical, and dining categories. Author plans and strategies to grow new categories and markets, while creating sales collateral, customized pitch decks, and building media plans to manage campaigns. Own your business by developing expertise in the product offering and competitive landscape, then collaborate with peers to optimize sales and marketing processes. Hit daily and weekly outreach and meeting metrics, consistently communicating activity, pipeline, and market trends to leadership while keeping CRM up to date. Report to the VP of Local & Regional Advertising Sales within the Western Territory.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of consultative sales experience
- Solid understanding of digital, video and/or TV advertising
- Thrives in a team sales environment
- Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication
- High sales aptitude with the ability to solve problems and think quickly on your feet
- Consistent track-record of meeting + exceeding quotas
- Ability to work in a fluid environment and adjust priorities on-the-fly
- Self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and follow-through
- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
- Bachelor's Degree
Desired Qualifications
- Experience selling advertising solutions (search, social, television/radio, listings, etc.) to local and regional brands and via high volumes of outreach
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Boostr, Pipedrive, etc.)
