Job Summary
Director of Executive Talent Acquisition to lead NetApp's global team of executive recruiters focused on VP+ hires and above. The role combines hands-on recruitment for corporate-level executive roles with strategic leadership—partnering with senior leadership to anticipate talent needs, build a robust pipeline, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. Will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external executive search networks to expand sourcing capabilities, establish and monitor KPIs for the function, and ensure compliance with global recruitment policies. The role also involves shaping NetApp’s recruitment brand and driving high-achievement outcomes in a dynamic, globally connected environment. Compensation reflects location, qualifications, experience, and education, with a target range of $196,350-$292,600 and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience in executive talent acquisition
- 5+ years of management responsibility leading high-performing teams
- Previous experience working at an executive search firm is highly preferred
- Proven ability to recruit for VP+ and above roles in corporate settings
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fostering a culture of belonging and high achievement
