Job Summary
Director, Recruiting at WeWork Reforma Latino in Mexico City leads and manages the recruiting team and aligns recruiting plans with business units. Responsible for identifying, sourcing, and converting candidates across segments such as executive, exempt, non-exempt, campus, and diversity; may lead horizontal projects benefiting the entire recruiting organization. Oversees coaching, development, and mentorship of the recruiting team, engages with business clients, meets recruiting metrics (volume, quality, cost), drives strategic planning of recruitment for assigned units, and handles program management as data lead on projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting including full life cycle, research, and sourcing
- 8 years of experience in Client Management
- Master’s Degree (preferred)
- PHR, SPHR, or PMP (preferred)
- 8 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
- 8 years of experience in Client Management
