Job Summary
Director of Real Estate Services overseeing a multi-site property portfolio for the U.S. Engineering family of companies, including oversight of office and manufacturing facilities, lease administration, capital project contracts, and coordination of utilities, emergency response, and customer relationships; requires extensive experience in property/project management, contract development and negotiation, and sustainability knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Business Administration, Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
- 8+ years’ experience in property management, project management, engineering, development, and consulting services to work with business executives to effectively manage aspects of U.S. Engineering Real Estate Holdings
- CPM, Certified Property Manager; P.E., Professional Engineer; RA, Registered Architect; LEED accredited (preferred)
