Job Summary
Lead backend operations for a span of 800 FTEs, managing day-to-day delivery across multiple clients while overseeing P&L and LLR. Direct leadership for DRs and non-DRs, coaching teams on policy adherence, scope boundaries, and performance goals against KRAs and SLAs. Manage client relationships, drive upselling capabilities, and lead high-impact projects to expand business scope. Ensure operational compliance, respond to client inquiries, and identify process improvements to enhance customer experience. Maintain deep domain expertise in end-to-end revenue cycle functions and align the team with organizational vision.
Required Qualifications
- Domain expertise in end to end RCM functions
- Responsibility for a span in the range of 800 FTEs
- P&L Management
- Client relationship management
- Upselling capabilities and performance
- Ability to oversee and manage a team that will handle Backend service delivery for multiple clients/sites/facility
- Understanding of Operations and Corporate Compliance, Policies and Procedures and best practices
- Ability to respond to all telephonic and email inquiries for clients & onsite team in a clear, concise and timely manner
- 6 pm to 3 am shift timing
