Job Summary
The Director of Quantitative Research will lead high-stakes quantitative research projects, identify and secure new business opportunities, and mentor junior team members. This role requires at least 7 years of experience in quantitative primary research, a proven track record in business development, and strong consultative skills. Candidates should have the ability to deliver actionable insights and a deep understanding of various quantitative methodologies. The role demands building client relationships and transforming data into strategic narratives.
Required Qualifications
- At least 7+ years prior hands-on quantitative primary research experience
- At least 3+ years on the research agency side
- Existing long-term partnerships with clients

- Experience designing and delivering on quantitative-led approaches
