Job Summary
Director, Quantitative leads strategic, end-to-end quantitative market research engagements for pharma/healthcare clients. Responsibilities include project setup, questionnaire development, fieldwork management, debrief writing, and client presentations through project close. Drives insights by combining quantitative results with qualitative/desk research, translating client needs into robust study designs, and guiding cross-functional teams. Must effectively communicate to clients, manage projects, oversee vendor/field operations, develop proposals, and deliver data-driven strategic recommendations. Travel may be required for project work; bilingual abilities are an asset. Hybrid work structure with in-office collaboration in the GTA and potential participation from candidates in the US.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in life or applied sciences, business, or marketing
- 7+ years of experience in QUANTITATIVE market research, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
