Job Summary
Interim Director, Pulmonary/Respiratory Therapy and Cardiology leadership role overseeing Cardiopulmonary Services across multiple sites. Responsible for strategic and operational leadership of Respiratory Care, Pulmonary Function Testing, Sleep Lab, Blood Gas Lab, EEG Services, Cardiac Sonography, Inpatient Respiratory Services, and Emergency Respiratory Services. Oversees departmental operations, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, and performance improvement while ensuring high-quality patient care. Serves as operational leader for Respiratory Therapy, Pulmonary Function Testing, Sleep Lab, and related services; requires strong managerial background in acute/critical care, familiarity with neonatal respiratory care, and EMR systems. Requires education in respiratory care and MA licensure; preferred Bachelor’s Degree. This role offers relocation-related housing, airfare, and rental car support and offers a competitive annual salary in the indicated range.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Respiratory Care
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience
- Current MA State Respiratory License
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- NRP preferred
- EMR experience
- Knowledge of Respiratory Care technologies for neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
