Job Summary
Develop and execute public relations and communications strategies across media relations, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, and brand experiences to drive earned media and cultural relevance in North America. Manage external agencies and partners through clear briefs, timelines, and accountability while overseeing internal alignment with Brand, Social, and Growth teams. Lead a team of three by providing direction, coaching, and growth opportunities, and establish scalable processes to optimize performance against key metrics. Identify strategic partnership opportunities and manage community-building initiatives to deepen consumer connection and foster advocacy.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in PR, communications, brand partnerships, influencer/creator marketing or related brand marketing roles
- 2–4+ years of experience managing and developing team members
- Experience developing and executing strategic PR, communications and/or partnership programs
- Experience managing external agencies and partners
- Proven experience identifying, developing and managing strategic partnerships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with creators, influencers, talent or ambassador programs
- Experience with affiliate marketing, community-building and/or experiential marketing
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn broad objectives into actionable plans
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams
- Experience managing budgets and external partners
- Highly motivated, collaborative and self-directed, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
