Job Summary
Manage the NMCRS Guam office as a part-time Director, overseeing volunteer staff recruitment, retention, and motivation while providing financial management and counseling. Deliver public speaking and training facilitation services within the military command structure. Maintain current base access and adhere to a 30-hour weekly schedule. Required Qualifications
- current base access
- U.S. citizen
- minimum of an AA degree or two years successful completion of college-level coursework equivalent to an AA degree
- Experience in recruiting, retaining, motivating, and working with Volunteer staff in an organization similar to NMCRS
- Experience in public speaking or as a training facilitator
- Two (2) or more years supervisory experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Superior leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of military command structure, pay and allowance systems, and experience providing financial management/counseling to others
- Prior association with NMCRS, as an employee or a volunteer
