Job Summary
Define Protection & Controls strategy across Ireland and Europe, own key client relationships and P&L, and drive capability growth within the transmission discipline. Provide technical and commercial leadership for the team while working within grid body requirements including EirGrid and ESB Networks. Establish direction for a newly built-out team in this defining leadership appointment inside a strong framework position.
Required Qualifications
- Director level experience
- 20+ years' experience
- Right to work in Ireland
- Senior, strategic transmission leadership
- Foundation in 400kV design
- Experience on major grid or network programmes
- Chartered Engineer status
- Design-led P&C background
- Proven record of owning client relationships
- Proven record of commercial performance
- Proven record of capability development at the most senior level
