Job Summary
Director, Property Risk Engineer leads on-site and virtual/phone surveys to assess property exposures, summarizes findings with loss-improvement recommendations, supports underwriters, policyholders, and brokers, and develops internal technical standards. The role conducts sprinkler plan reviews, provides training for junior staff, and serves as a subject matter expert with NFPA and FM data sheets, leveraging Microsoft tools and strong communication. Requires engineering or comparable degree and at least seven years of relevant experience, with desirable professional designations (e.g., ASP, CSP, CFPS, ARM). The position is HYBRID with base locations in NJ, PA, NY, or CT.
