Job Summary
Lead the growth of WSP's HLSA Property Advisory business across the North of England by identifying, shaping, and converting new opportunities for the NHS, independent healthcare, and public sector. Provide strategic property advice on estate strategy, asset management, acquisitions, disposals, lease advisory, and development appraisals to align client decisions with clinical, operational, and financial objectives. Lead options appraisals, commercial assessments, and cashflow analysis while managing transactions, negotiations, and profitability across commissions. Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to solve complex estate challenges and champion technical quality and robust governance. Engage confidently with senior stakeholders including clinicians, estate directors, and investors to drive regional growth and client value.
Required Qualifications
- Strong track record in healthcare, public sector or specialist property advisory
- Degree qualified
- Excellent knowledge of property markets
