Job Summary
Director, Project Management Team Leader for OSD Tech Transfers at Teva External Manufacturing leads a global team of project managers delivering end-to-end technology transfers, site switches, and lifecycle projects at CMOs/CDMOs. Oversees program planning including scope, timelines, cost, resources, validation, and risk; ensures compliance with Teva GMP standards and alignment across R&D, MS&T, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Finance. Roles collaborates with CMOs to meet timelines, quality, and supply readiness, and drives governance, risk management, and performance across the portfolio. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in pharma operations/external manufacturing/MS&T/project management; strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence skills; deep knowledge of tech transfer, validation, and regulatory expectations. Preferred advanced degree and certifications (MBA, MS, PMP/PRINCE2 or Lean/Six Sigma). The position can be based in the Netherlands (Haarlem), Parsippany (US), Sofia (Bulgaria), Zagreb (Croatia), or a location in India.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field
- 10+ years’ experience in pharma operations, external manufacturing, MS&T, or project management
- Experience leading complex technical projects in GMP environments
- Strong knowledge of tech transfer, validation, and regulatory expectations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Technical and operational understanding of external manufacturing
- Strong project management discipline
- Ability to influence and drive cross‐functional alignment
- Strong analytical and decision‐making capability
- High accountability, urgency, and execution mindset
