Job Summary
Translate the three- to five-year company strategy into annual operating plans, quarterly priorities, and measurable objectives. Partner with the CEO on organizational design, capital allocation, pricing, and market-entry decisions while establishing an executive operating cadence. Lead major cross-functional initiatives between August 2026 and January 2027, including the new 2027 operating model and P&L budget. Own end-to-end delivery across regulatory filing, licensing, compliance, and managed-portfolio while building a scalable PMO with consistent intake, scoping, and quality assurance. Implement capacity planning, utilization, and project profitability disciplines to standardize workflows across U.S. and offshore teams. Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and partner with business development on solution design and pricing. Lead adoption of AI-assisted filing workflows and partner with technology resources to develop the long-term regulatory operations platform. Build and develop the next level of leadership across operations, client services, and regulatory delivery. Launch a standardized PMO and client-success operating model to reduce CEO dependency for daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare payer operations, regulatory consulting, professional services, managed services, health technology, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated success owning operations, client delivery, transformation programs, and financial performance in a growth-stage or entrepreneurial environment
- Executive-level financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, margin management, capacity planning, and P&L accountability
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on, decisive, and highly accountable during a period of rapid change
- Executive presence and sound judgment
- Ability to create clarity, trust, and accountability across a growing organization
