Director Project Management - Data Center Construction

Job Summary
Lead a project management team delivering services on major data center and commercial real estate projects, ensuring service excellence and client engagement. Manage strategic and operational aspects including resource planning, financial tracking of revenue and margins, and proposal development for new clients. Conduct market research on construction conditions, produce thought leadership reports, and drive business growth through cross-selling and networking. Oversee quality control, participate in ISO and SOX audits, and implement process improvements using internal tools and KPIs. Mentor staff, manage staffing needs, and represent the office in external audits while maintaining a culture of learning and inclusivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction
- 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience
- 2+ years managing large high performing multi discipline teams in a consulting environment
- Proven track record of managing successful project management service delivery for clients
- Exceptional Business development ambition and acumen and demonstrated experience in achieving drive business growth
- Major construction sector experience working with high caliber clients in; commercial real estate, data center, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, etc.
- Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills
- On-site presence
