Job Summary
Lead complex initiatives from design through delivery, ensuring achievement of measurable outcomes across strategic programs and transformation projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases, perform strategic analyses, and serve as a liaison between leadership and key stakeholders. Identify and resolve management issues blocking decisions, drive closure on project team productivity, and develop executive-level communications that align senior leaders. Lead steering and governance forums to enable timely decisions, plan and direct high-impact projects from initiation through delivery, and contribute to company-wide standards for scoping and production. Report status, manage escalations on EPMO-led initiatives, and mature project management methodologies for effective solution delivery. Primary location is Greenwich, CT, with 25–75% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in strategy and operations consulting, enterprise transformation, or program leadership
- Experience managing organizational change and/or Target Operating Model transformational projects in a large enterprise environment
- Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in a complex, matrixed environment
- Expertise in project management fundamentals, including creating and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules in Lean Six Sigma or Agile/Waterfall environments
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence staff and management of internal and external IT partners
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, IT, or a related field
- Able to travel 25–75%
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma qualification preferred
- PMP Certification preferred
- Working knowledge of AI tools and ability to use them to support project management activities and identify opportunities to accelerate projects (desirable)
