Job Summary
Director, Project Controls responsible for leading cost controls, risk management, and client relationships on multi-billion-dollar pharmaceutical/life sciences projects. Key duties include capital planning, portfolio and project governance, front end planning, project funding, setup, construction technology, procure-to-pay, cost and commercial management, schedule control, risk management, and project close-out; mentoring and developing the project controls team; preparing fee proposals and contributing to business development; ensuring quality of project controls deliverables and maintaining client satisfaction. Requires BS in related field, 14+ years in project controls, 5+ years leading client expectations, and certifications such as MRICS/CPE/CCE/CEP/PMP/Six Sigma; experience with ERP and scheduling tools (SAP, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Project) and Procore or ACC Build; strong communication and leadership skills. Salary range is $153,100 to $214,366.70 per year; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and more.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
- 14+ years in Project Controls
- 5+ years leading client expectations
- Experience on large-scale pharmaceutical, manufacturing, life sciences, semi-conductor or data center projects
- MRICS, CPE, CCE, CEP, PMP, Six Sigma preferred
