Job Summary
Develop and implement comprehensive program/project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies while tracking key performance indicators to measure success. Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Provide leadership to project team members by setting expectations, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive environment. Evaluate outcomes and lessons learned to inform future planning, while staying current with industry best practices to continuously improve processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and Kan ban
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate effectively and influence team members
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana
