Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end program execution for multiple initiatives spanning media, product development, and data-driven efforts while aligning with the client's broader business strategy. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs across media, technology, and corporate development teams by building detailed roadmaps, defining governance frameworks, and establishing clear decision-making structures. Facilitate communication among diverse stakeholders to ensure timely information flow, proactively identify risks with mitigation strategies, and optimize team capacity based on performance needs. Act as a central liaison to ensure seamless collaboration across Engineering, Marketing Science, and other workstreams while leading senior-level discussions to drive consensus. Lead process development efforts, source new tools for efficiency, and continuously refine delivery processes to support the organization's vision of transforming data-driven marketing through AI-powered intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in program and project management in an agency, ad tech, media consultancy or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of AI, data platforms, ad technology, and media investment strategies
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Experienced and knowledgeable in media, MarTech, and technology
- Strong meeting facilitator who is comfortable planning and leading meetings at all levels
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Willing to jump in and lead to get the job done
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional technology and business initiatives in a complex corporate environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of working with senior leadership
- Expert at building project plans, managing risks, and team leadership
- Proficiency in program management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Monday.com)
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification is a plus
