Job Summary
Director, PMO to oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives across BUs and functions. Deliver delivery oversight, monitor timing, dependencies, issues, and risks; aggregate end-to-end program progress for the Board and leadership; validate business cases with Finance; apply PMO methodologies; manage cross-functional governance; drive monthly dashboards and KPIs; manage program budget, forecasts, and adoption/change management with HR; establish PMO standards and governance; manage relationships with external vendors and partners; strong communication to senior stakeholders; experience with data visualization and executive reporting tools. Education: Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus; PMP or equivalent certification. 8+ years in complex program management with 3+ years in a leadership capacity; proficient in tools like Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Power BI/Tableau; industry experience in agriculture, chemical, manufacturing, or life sciences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; preferably in a quantitative or business area
- MBA a plus
- PMP or equivalent project/program management certification
- 8+ years of work experience in complex program management, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity
- Experience using project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, etc.)
- Experience leading a program management office across multiple, complex strategic initiatives and disparate stakeholder groups in a company with global offices and partnerships
- Experience in change management principles and methodologies; Prosci or equivalent certification a plus
- Experience in the agriculture, chemical, manufacturing, or life sciences industry preferred
