Job Summary
Lead program management for oncology drug development and product lifecycle management. Plan and execute projects aligned with global asset development strategy while developing integrated project plans within the enterprise system. Facilitate alignment with key functions and stakeholders to ensure communication across project teams and drive strategic decision-making. Manage project milestones, dependencies, and critical paths, overseeing budget planning and control. Implement risk management practices and coordinate team planning sessions to define scope and ensure cross-functional alignment. Provide visuals of project plans and prepare agendas, minutes, and progress reports according to best practices. Assume additional leadership responsibilities such as independently providing alliance management for drug development partners and leading oversight steering committees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 10 + years' experience in clinical and drug development in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Master's Degree or above with 7 + years' experience in clinical and drug development in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook
- As Needed

- PMP certification a plus
