Job Summary
Direct global Project & Program Management team's prioritization and maintenance of the project portfolio. Own cost, schedule, and performance for company programs and major program subsystems. Manage the budget for process improvement initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation. Monitor and continuously improve TaylorMade's global Strategy Deployment process and structure. Manage the global Knowledge Transfer Center for Strategy Deployment & Initiative Management. Execute the global PM strategy — break down regional silos, build and scale best practices, and develop supporting procedures, systems, and tools. Own Executive Program Management SteerCo, formalizing executive sponsorship and prioritization. Build and maintain a rolling roadmap of projects required to deliver regional strategic initiatives. Lead, mentor, and manage a team across multiple locations, direct and indirect. Align with stakeholders on project scope, expected benefits, cost, resourcing, and timelines. Report project status to stakeholders and sponsors, proactively identifying and closing gaps. Define global standard work and templates for the formal project management process. Establish and track KPIs to measure program success and impact. Own reporting infrastructure and analytics standards supporting program KPIs and broader functions. Partner across departments to understand processes, surface challenges, and implement solutions. Lead change management planning & execution for major systems and process transitions (ERP/WMS/OMS). Coordinate governance across implementation vendors & partners on major cross-functional programs. Lead annual skill-building programs (Green Belt, coaching, facilitation, etc.). Foster a culture of lean thinking and data-driven continuous improvement. Requires frequent travel (~25%), primarily within the US with occasional international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years of PM experience leading complex, large-scale projects and programs
- 5+ years in a leadership capacity
- Extensive experience facilitating cross-functional teams
- Experience with project management applications
- Physically able to lift 30 lbs., bend, stoop, reach, and perform routine tasks as required
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Requires frequent travel (~25%), primarily within the US with occasional international travel
