Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI initiatives across PGIM Technology and business partners; identify, prioritize, and scale high-value AI use cases aligned to strategic objectives; translate business problems into AI opportunities with defined value and feasibility; manage the enterprise AI use-case pipeline and KPIs; oversee governance, reporting, and risk management; coordinate across engineering, data, architecture, cyber, legal, and business teams; drive adoption of AI solutions into business workflows and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and production-ready; develop executive-level updates and materials to communicate risks, decisions, and priorities; ensure initiatives are outcome-driven, business-led, and realize measurable value.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in program management, AI, or technology transformation
- Experience delivering enterprise programs with measurable outcomes
- Understanding of AI/ML and data platforms
- Experience in financial services or asset management preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment
