Job Summary
Director of Professional Services will oversee the successful implementation of solutions for our customer base, manage a distributed team of consultants and project managers across multiple time zones, act as executive sponsor for strategic accounts, drive revenue forecasting and utilization, and partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure client outcomes from pre-sales through project completion and expansion. Responsibilities include leading a globally distributed team across US/UK, delivering delivery excellence, managing P&L and revenue recognition, collaborating with Sales and Solutions Engineers, developing proposals/SOWs, and mentoring talent. Required experience in SaaS/enterprise software, ability to operate across executive and hands-on levels, and willingness to travel ~20%.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or implementation leadership, including at least 3 years in a director or senior management role.
- 3 + years in a director or senior management role or above.
- 3+ years of experience in a software development environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading global, distributed teams across multiple time zones and geographies.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
