Job Summary
Manage application support individuals and applications for the Central Funding portfolio, liaising with QTS and Capital Markets stakeholders. Drive accountable relationships by reporting customer-visible incidents against availability requirements and delivering incisive trend analysis. Partner with senior leadership to maintain a stable production environment, overseeing application support account management and vetting production readiness. Validate alerting sufficiency, manage schedule adherence, and execute failure scenario runbooks for efficient incident dispatch. Serve as the escalation point for Operations application incidents, leading Post Incident Reviews for systemic issues and collaborating on OLA rationalization and vendor agreement standardization.
Required Qualifications
- Central funding application portfolio knowledge around borrowing/lending/repo business
- Bachelor degree in related discipline
- 10-15 years of experience with flavors of business and technical support
- team/project management experience
- Linux/windows/Oracle/SQL
- Good communication and presentation skills
